Fire in IY 15th August

Our team was onsite first thing on the morning of the 15th August, witnessing the devastating impact of a fire that left approximately 250 families without anything but the clothes on their backs.
The team dedicated the day to registering the fire victims, in order for us to ensure that relief reaches those who are truly in need.
Our deepest and sincerest thanks to everyone who donated and assisted with our relief efforts and to Byron Christopher Coetzee, South African Red Cross Society Western Cape and Errol from Bay City Church, who provided grocery buckets and a substantial amount of groceries and of course to City of Cape Town Disaster Management, Law Enforcement and SAPS for assisting us with manpower and helping with maintaining the needed social distance and COVID protocols.

Together, we made a difference and helped hundreds of people on their path to recovery. Your continued support is invaluable, and we thank you for standing with us during this challenging time.
